I gladly take custom orders. A custom order normally takes up to 8 weeks from the day of your deposit payment. If you have a deadline, please contact me before buying.

Before I start working I'll send you a listing priced 50% of the price of the item (deposit). When I've finished creating it, unless you ask me not to, I will send you pictures of the item. If you're satisfied I'll create a second listing with the remaining 50% plus postage fees. You'll have 7 days to complete the purchase. After that, unless you contact me to arrange differently (for eg. if you're going away), the item will no longer be reserved for you and you won't receive any refund for your deposit. Please, understand that this policy ensures that I don't work for free.

Please make sure you handle my creations delicately, especially the ones with little details. Polymer clay is resistant but it can break if bent.
Try not to spill water or cosmetic/cleaning products on it.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING – Please read carefully if you decide to purchase!
All my creations are posted with Royal Mail and are insured.
International shipping is normally made with Royal Mail International Tracked and signed.
I realise shipping expenses can be expensive for some of my customers outside the UK.
There are cheaper shipping options that you can choose but please be aware I won't be able to take responsibility in case the parcel is lost or the content is damaged, or only a part of the value will be subject to compensation. If you'd like to have a different shipping option or a faster shipping method please don't hesitate to contact me.
Excess fees will be refunded if there are any.

My creations are fragile.
In any damage case, please message me and I will open a claim with Royal Mail in order to give you a refund or partial refund (in case you ordered more than one item and only a part of them is damaged).
They will ask for:
-picture of the damage, for example, the goddess and the pieces that broke. Please DO NOT TRY TO FIX the damages before you send me the pictures!).
-picture of the packaging (for example box and all the other items like bubble wrap and shredded paper).
It's better to take more pictures than less. Please let me know about the damage and send me the pictures within 5 working days from your receiving date.
If you can't provide any pictures I won't be able to claim the damage and refund you.

RECYCLED PACKAGING
Because I care about mother earth I try, when possible, to use recycled pre-existing packaging such as sturdy boxes and bubble wrap. That means that you might receive your items in branded boxes as I save them and collect them from friends so they can be used another time before going in the rubbish. Don't worry, I will always use suitable packaging for my items, but I hope you understand my intentions and support this idea!

Please always make sure you read the title and description of my listings.
All my listings labelled as "made to order" "custom order" will require up to 8 weeks to be made as they are made to order, independently of the time of dispatch Etsy gives you.
I normally message my customers to check they have read their description and are OK with waiting, but in busy times I might not be able to keep up.
If the listing isn't labelled as "custom order" or "made to order", you can assume the item is ready to ship and will be dispatched in 3-5 working days.
